Hairdressers

When I visit the hairdressers these it's just for a trim, Pete and I usually go together.

My hair is my natural colour which is brown, I had decided I wasn't going to have anymore colours put on my hair because it dries it out, I was going to go grey gracefully but everyday I look in the mirror and one or two more silver threads have appeared. Then my hairdresser Pat talked me into having some highlights to hide them, so I'm going on Thursday to have them done.

Tricia asked for a close up of my fascinator but the wedding pics don't show it as it really is so I hope these pics show it as it is. Sorry about the models they were the best I could find.

Megs outing to Sea Life Weymouth

When some of my family came to stay I paid a fortune to take them into Sea Life Centre at Weymouth, so I will show the pics again to get my money's worth.

Helen, Andy and Jim came to stay in July, we had a visit to Sea Life.

We came in the wrong door and didn't realise until we left that you weren't supposed to touch the Rays. They did keep swimming up and asking for it.

At the moment the only threads and posts guests can view are the ones in the Welcome Desk, Seasonal Extras and Chill out Fun and games. The Blue Pool Dorset

My friend and I went out for coffee this morning to the Blue Pool at Furzebrook. Lynda has a season ticket so we got in for free, neither of us can walk right round the the pool which was green today so after admiring it we sat down had coffee and a natter.

we also enjoyed a beautiful ride through the country lanes to get there.

I think this is the thing I miss the most from family life, mealtimes together, except this time I didn't do any cooking. :geek: We had two meals out, two BBQ's and everyone took a turn in looking after a particular meal. Pete, Jodi, Ian and Andy went to Tesco on Monday morning and did an enourmous shop, meal times all worked out well. One thing they brought back was some delicious musili called Dorset Cereal, turns out it's made just up the road from me but I had to go all the way to North Wales ...

Pete and I went to Bodnant Garden but as I had to use the wheelchair and it wasn't very easy with all the hills and steep slopes we took a few pictures and then left. Luckily we had got in free as I'm a member of the National Trust and Pete was my wheelchair pusher.
